Owner/ Broker
In 2004, Alicia began her career in health insurance, specializing in both Medicare and individual/family plans. Her first years in the business, she became a top broker winning awards with BlueCross, and in the ensuing years she has helped thousands of clients navigate the confusion of health insurance. She has lived in the Tri-Cities area since 1992 and has a wonderful stepdaughter and son-in-law with two grandkids, Ethan and Landon. She also has a daughter, Lauren Haley that lives in Knoxville and graduated from the University of South Carolina and achieved a Master's degree from ETSU.
As a broker, Alicia is not limited to selling the products of one company. Instead, she can offer solutions from a wide range of carriers and choices, which is the difference between being a captive agent and a broker.

Alicia serves the entire state of Tennessee, Southwest Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida and Texas. When not at work, she loves hiking, kayaking, and gardening to be closer to the beautiful nature in our region.
I have been providing the Tri-Cites and surrounding communities with insurance services for more than 20 years. The goal of my agency is to meet the needs of our area clients with excellent service and educational guidance.

Wendi has been a vital part of Beyond Benefits since 2010, helping to advise clients to navigate both the Medicare and the Individual health insurance world. She has a great ability to take an unbiased approach with each situation and bring solutions and strategies that are perfectly fit for her clients. In addition, she takes a lead role in the training of new agents, so they are also equipped to provide unparalleled service to our clientele.
Wendi moved to the Tri-Cities region in 2010, along with her husband, Dr. Richard Nicholas. Together, they share two grown children, Mackenzie and Caleb, along with their daughter-in-law Kara who resides in Indiana.
My passion is helping people navigate the sometimes complicated Medicare and Individual Health Insurance system. After more than 15 years helping our clients with their personalized needs, I am well versed in providing guidance and help with some of life's major decisions.
Jennifer Hunter
Office Manager
As the Office Manager, Jennifer has been a driving force within Beyond Benefits in keeping the daunting task of efficiency and organization going. She has an extensive background in medical office management. She has been with our office since 2015 and brings great attention to detail and customer service, as she daily interacts with our ever increasing client base.
Jennifer has lived in the Tri-Cities all of her life and has enjoyed the many friendships and family connections that comes with growing up in a great region. She is married to Dr. Ron Hunter and together, they share three amazing grown sons. Nic along with their daughter-in-law and two grandchildren, live in Oklahoma. Their middle son Wesley and his wife live in Nashville, and her youngest son, Chandler resides in the Tri-Cities area. She enjoys gardening, beach time with family and is active in many local organizations, many which she has chaired in leadership positions.
It starts by getting to know you and welcoming you into our office. We take every one of our clients seriously, from choosing an agent to be the right fit with a client, to organizing and keeping up with our busy office pace, I prioritize each aspect of our daily organization. With a medical office background, I have worked with Beyond Benefits for 10 years and enjoy helping our community.

Tina has been a licensed Health Insurance Agent since 2014 and has been an incredible asset to the office. Tina's helpful approach has been invaluable to hundreds of clients who appreciate her down to earth guidance and expertise. She works with the Individual and Family health insurance side as well as the hundreds of Medicare clients she assists. Tina has an ability to educate folks about the complexities of health insurance in a simple understandable way that helps them choose the best plan for their situation.
Tina is a lifelong native of East Tennessee and is married to Richard King. Together, they have two beautiful grown daughters, Ashley and Aryn, who reside in the Tri-Cities area. They continuously celebrate their third beautiful daughter, Amber who is residing in her Heavenly home until they see her again.
One of my biggest passions is helping people find ways to be able to afford the medicine and healthcare they need. Many seniors and individuals go without medicine, or they take less than prescribed because of cost. Out of a desire to help folks solve this problem, I constantly research and educate myself on options and programs available to my clients who are in need.

Ami has been a licensed health insurance broker since 2015 and has worked with the staff at Beyond Benefits since that day. Ami specializes in guidance for Individual and Family health insurance along with assisting her Medicare clients in finding and maintaining the best possible plan for their circumstances. Her attention to details makes her an exceptional asset to the health insurance community around her.
She moved here from Southern California in 2004 and has enjoyed living in this region along with her husband, Greg. They share four great kids, Chris, Nathan, Jordan and Madison, who is currently serving as a missionary in Peru.
My goal is to transform that initial uneasy feeling towards getting started with health insurance or Medicare choices into a pleasant and educated experience. I am dedicated to my clients and take pride in guiding and informing them and acquiring new friends through the process.
Nicole Kramer

Nicole (Nikki) joined the Beyond Benefits crew in 2025 and has been an invaluable asset to the team. Nikki has her Health license along with her P&C license and has a gift of an infectious smile and an approachable personality that helps to make her clients feel exceedingly comfortable. She helps her clients with both Individual and Family plans, as well as with the complexities of Medicare. She helps educate and bring understanding through her straightforward presentation and commitment to client-focused solutions.
When Nikki is not at work, she's an active walker and nature lover. She also enjoys animals, music, attending church, and all things arts and crafts. She moved to the Tri-Cities area in 2007 from Atlanta and has enjoyed living in NE Tennessee.

Isabelle Landry

Isabelle is our latest Broker to join the team and has hit the ground running with her Health license and her desire to serve her community. She is dedicated to helping clients find the right protection for their health insurance needs. She always strives to promote a positive atmosphere and brighten the days of those she meets. Isabelle is a certified agent for the Health Insurance Marketplace and also helps her clients with the understanding of Medicare.
Isabelle and her husband, Mounir Izallalen, moved from Canada in 2004. Isabelle speaks fluent French as a result of her French-Canadian upbringing. Together, they have two children, Samia and Mehdi, who are attending the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. When Isabelle is not working, she enjoys cooking, exercise and travel. She is an invaluable asset to the team.
